TryHackMyAI gives learners a free place to practice real AI security workflows instead of only reading theory. The product focuses on guided labs, AI hints, scoring, and community learning.

Start with public lessons on prompt injection, RAG security, AI application security, and infrastructure defenses. Then practice in six browser-based lab tracks using fictional targets and safe fixtures.

Lab runtimes execute on your device, with a protected cloud fallback for some AI exercises. After sign-in, the server checks submissions and saves verified progress; draft work stays in your browser. Explore the free lessons or lab catalog to choose a starting point.
